It was a pleasant morning when I got up. Not unlike yesterday. Today I had to make it for an interview which was scheduled for 11 a.m. However the Indian Standard Time(IST) is always running late and I made it 30 mins behind schedule..:)

I cleared the first couple of rounds however I faltered in the final round. When I came out from the interview it was already 2 p.m. I decided to go to R-Mall in Mulund coz its been a long time since I visited the place.

I was feeling very hungry. I checked out some of the moves playing @ Fame Adlabs in the mall. I wanted to see "The Departed" however couldn't make it, as it was 3:15 in my watch and the movie had started @ 2:45 p.m. I had tandoori roti and palak paneer for lunch and believe me I felt relieved when I was able to satiate my hunger.

One of my friends Jinal from the Art of Living (AOL) course stays in Mulund and she was ready to give me company. We moved around the mall a bit and then visited the "Pop & Tates" restaurant. We ordered a Brownie with chocolate sauce. It was Jinal's choice and I thought to give it a try. As the waiter poured the chocolate sauce onto the icecream and the cake below it..the sauce was boiling.I could gauge
the intensity of the heat emanating from the pan and rightly kept a safe distance.

When I took a scoop of the ice-cream it was sheer delight. It gave me a high..almost like I was on drugs..:) I was so greedy that I unashamedly took Jinal's share too. Poor Jinal could only cringe and chide me..:)

After savoring the Ice-cream I and Jinal went to the lake @ Thane. We just sat and looked @ the people boating in the lake. It was a calm, beautiful and serene experience.

Jinal was kind enough to escort me to the bus stop. She got down @ her bus stop. I was happy that I got a direct bus to take me home. I had a sound sleep in the bus and barely managed to keep my eyes open. The pleasant breeze which was slightly cold and kissed my cheek only added to my comfort.

Thankfully I did get up before approaching my stop. I had my dinner and I am now ready to hit the sack..Must get ready for the long working week tomorrow..:)
